On August 22, Jiansheng Group welcomed a delegation of participants from the 19th session of the EDP‑TSTAR program at Xiamen University’s School of Management. As part of this “Corporate Visit Tour,” the attendees toured Jiansheng, gaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s development strategy, as well as its practical experience in smart manufacturing and lean management, while drawing valuable insights into real‑world business practices through lively exchanges and constructive dialogue.

During this “Corporate Visit Tour,” the attendees toured Jiansheng, gaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s corporate strategy, as well as its practical experience in smart manufacturing and lean management, while drawing valuable insights into real‑world business practices through lively exchanges and constructive dialogue.
This visit was themed “Unity of Knowledge and Action, Steady Progress.” Accompanied by the Group’s leadership and guided by their explanations, the participants toured Jiansheng’s warehousing and logistics center as well as its intelligent manufacturing workshop. From raw material storage to the roar of machinery, from automated production lines to the meticulous details of lean management, every stage vividly showcased Jiansheng’s pioneering efforts and achievements in smart manufacturing and lean production.
Beyond the classroom, the corporate workplace itself serves as the most vivid “real‑world textbook.” Participants not only gained firsthand insight into Jiansheng’s management practices in product R&D, manufacturing, and quality control, but also deepened their understanding—through interactive dialogue—of how Jiansheng achieves steady growth and sustained innovation in an increasingly complex and dynamic market environment.
Participants in the Xiamen University School of Management’s EDP‑T19 program unanimously agreed that this visit to Jiansheng Group was highly rewarding, providing them with a more concrete understanding of smart manufacturing and lean management while also sparking valuable reflections on the future of corporate operations and management.
