On August 29, the “Golden Autumn Assistance, Fragrance of Sweet Osmanthus” scholarship‑donation ceremony for 2025 was held at the Zhangzhou Hotel. The event was jointly organized by the Zhangzhou Integrity Promotion Association, Zhangzhou Vocational and Technical College, the Party History and Local Records Research Office of the CPC Zhangzhou Municipal Committee, the Zhangzhou Municipal Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, as well as the Xiangcheng District Education Bureau, the Women’s Federation, the Science and Technology Association, and the District Communist Youth League Committee. This marks the ninth consecutive year that this public‑welfare donation initiative has been carried out.

The leaders attending the scholarship‑granting ceremony included Gong Yumin, President of the Zhangzhou Integrity Promotion Association; Cai Xiangdong, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection at Zhangzhou Vocational and Technical College; Huang Shaoling, Vice President and Secretary-General of the Zhangzhou Integrity Promotion Association; Chen Kunshan, Deputy Director of the Party History and Local Records Research Office of the CPC Zhangzhou Municipal Committee; Lin Lijun, Full‑time Deputy Chairperson of the Zhangzhou Municipal Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang; Chen Yucheng, Secretary of the Party General Branch of the School of Electronic Information at Zhangzhou Vocational and Technical College; Deng Shuixian, Chairperson of the Xiangcheng District Women’s Federation; Chen Yiqing, Secretary of the Xiangcheng District Committee of the Communist Youth League; and Ke Shunde, a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Xiangcheng District Education Bureau. The event was chaired by Huang Shaoling.

This year’s scholarship program received 347,000 yuan in donations from 15 enterprises, providing financial assistance to 149 underprivileged students. To date, a total of 104 enterprises have contributed, with cumulative donations amounting to 2.025 million yuan, benefiting 648 individuals. Among them, some entrepreneurs have made repeated, and in some cases long-term, contributions to education.

Your compassionate assistance is like a lighthouse at sea, guiding us along the path ahead. We will hold this kindness and these high expectations close to our hearts, cherish the hard‑won opportunities to learn, strive to acquire knowledge, cultivate strong character, and emulate the spirit of those caring entrepreneurs. With grateful hearts, we will remain grounded, pursue our dreams with courage, and endeavor to grow into individuals who are both capable and responsible, warm‑hearted and committed—contributing our modest efforts to the progress and development of society.
